The (in)famous M.Claude Peppé has arrived in town with his Crew to Broadcast another episode of “I ‘Ate Your Food”.
M.Peppé is a former Maître d, Waiter, Chef & Restauranteur, so he knows the industry inside out and does not pull any punches or massage any egos. His verdict will be blunt and final. The declaration of “Almost French” or “Rat Bait” could make or break a fledgling restaurant. Claude Peppé does not concern himself with consequences : he is here to educate the entire country by lending them the benefit of his genetically superior palate, but only for the duration of the programme. The production company Runcible Spoon TV are experts in the field of food programmes, having worked with Nigella Ramsey , Ainsley Herriot & Jamie Olivier. At least, that’s what they told Claude! In the real world this is their very first effort in the field and they are already well out of their comfort zone. Presenter Steve “Tip O’ the Ice” Bergh is sprung from a long line of directors : mostly directors of dubious banking and insurance scams. His motivation for this project is to make the one pilot episode which will produce the advance cheque from the French TV channel Canal Spouffe and , in turn , a RangeRover. Join Steve and Claude for a Radio show like no other! This show premiered At Kendal Festival of Food 2014 and will in 2016. |
